It is with regret and sadness I wish to inform you of the death last Saturday of Laurie Darnell. Laurie was a longstanding member of Brentwood Bowling Club and will be sadly missed by those who knew him.

I have been informed by his wife Margaret that the funeral will be at Bentley Crematorium, Brentwood, on Thursday 26th October at 11am. Margaret requests no flowers (except for family) and invites everyone to the wake at Ashwells, Brentwood, afterwards.
